  Leo Real Estate Investors are a group of Like-minded Investors interested in the buy and hold market of Larger scale Multi-plex units. We believe the more doors, least number of roofs and addresses the easier we can manage our business and scale to 1,000+ units easier and quicker. We are solely looking for Deals at 10% and better for returns. How do we do this? Firstly, we make our money when we BUY. By updating boughten properties, raising rents to market values, and bringing in systems we will easily find deals to exceed 10% returns. We believe in taken our financial state into our own hands and growing our monthly incomes rather than relying on 401k's and NYSE for much less tahn 6% return annually. Residual income isn't only our source of income but a way of life allowing us to shape our lives as we see fit. Being able to securely and properly make decisions for the betterment of ours & our families future. Our Goal is to be one of the biggest privately-owned Multifamily companies in the world by making smart calculated decisions with like minded people the sky is no longer the limit-
